This Privacy Policy explains how SolidBot (“SolidBot,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through the solidbot.io website and the early-access waitlist. It applies to the website only and does not describe data handling inside the SolidBot desktop add-in, which is covered separately during early-access onboarding.
Information we collect
When you submit the waitlist form, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, company, and any optional details you choose to share such as role, FANUC robot model, controller family, primary application, SOLIDWORKS version, external-axis configuration, implementation timeframe, and a free-text description of your programming challenge. We may also collect standard, aggregated analytics about site usage.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to review the technical fit for your FANUC and SOLIDWORKS setup, to contact you about SolidBot early access, and to schedule a technical fit review and workflow walkthrough. We do not sell your personal information.
How your information is handled
Waitlist submissions are delivered to our team by email through Microsoft 365. Information is retained only as long as needed to evaluate and communicate about early access, unless a longer period is required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted by contacting us at the address below. You can opt out of further contact at any time.
