These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the solidbot.io website (the “Site”). By using the Site or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these terms.

Early-access nature

SolidBot is offered on an early-access basis. Product capabilities, supported robots and controllers, applications, versions, and availability described on the Site are subject to change and are confirmed for your specific configuration during a technical fit review. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding commitment to deliver any particular feature.

No reliance for safety decisions

SolidBot generates and validates robot paths against a digital model. Software validation reduces certain classes of error but is not a substitute for physical-cell calibration, controller verification, application-specific risk assessment, established robot safety procedures, or controlled low-speed commissioning. You remain solely responsible for the safe commissioning and operation of any robot cell. Do not rely on Site content or software output as a substitute for professional safety certification.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content are owned by SolidBot or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. FANUC is a trademark of FANUC CORPORATION and SOLIDWORKS is a trademark of Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corporation; these names are used for identification only, and SolidBot is an independent product not affiliated with those companies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolidBot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Site.
